The original was hand drawn using a fountain pen and colouring pencil, with a blend of imperfect line and attention to detail. It is part of my ‘Love Letter to Tottenham’.
The Antwerp Arms (The Annie) is North London's first community owned pub. Situated on the edge of Tottenham Cemetery and Bruce Castle Park, this historic pub has been serving drinks to the people of Tottenham for over a hundred years. In 2013 there were plans to turn the Annie into flats, so the community stepped in and bought the pub!
